Bootcamp/Fitness Class – free demo Tues Aug 9 – 7pm

Check out the Bootcamp/Fitness Class free demonstration (Tues Aug 9, 7pm) for a series that neighbor and personal trainer Sarah Swanson plans to offer.

Sarah says, “I’d love to do a class where moms or dads could bring their kids with them if they wanted.  My idea is to start a morning class series Tues/Wed/Thurs somewhere between a 6:30 or 7:30 start time with an emphasis of resistance type training without a lot of equipment on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Wednesday being more of a cardio bootcamp day/ and recovery stretching.  A class I would offer would not be limited to active or “fit” individuals, but anyone wanting to improve themselves.”
