Become a Member
The Highland Park Improvement Club is completely driven by members, most of whom live in the neighborhood. Come be a part of this unique neighborhood community!
Our members:
- Design and implement programs and events
- Maintain and improve the building and grounds
- Organize mutual aid and community service
Per our by-laws, anyone is free to join HPIC as a member. Members are eligible to vote on significant issues or decisions related to HPIC and its community, according to the following terms:
- Voting members must be at least 18 years of age
- Households are limited to 2 voting members
- Voting members must reside within the boundaries outlined in our bylaws.
