Join me as we explore the third eye chakra “Ajna” source of insight and intuition and manifesting your dreams.

This two hour practice will be focused on guided meditation, mantra and simple asana to open us up to our higher center of consciousness through pratyahara (sense withdrawal).

2012 Harvest Dinner
Saturday, October 13, starting at 6pm.

Cooking, comedy, singing, dancing, conversation – share your talent – all ages!

Bring a home-made dish to share that celebrates our local harvest, plus a contribution of canned goods or pastries/rice for the Food Bank.
Bring your own beverage of choice.

Movie hint: In this 1985 classic, a group of kids embark on a wild adventure to save their neighborhood from dastardly developers after finding a pirate treasure map.

First Friday – Corner Bar

Fri, Sept 7. Starts at 6pm.
On its way to becoming an institution – our third Corner Bar! Your favorite local beer on tap, wine by the glass and September Special homemade Limoncello – all for $3 each. Non-alcoholic drinks $1 each. Peanuts and pretzels for all!

And – back for an encore – the Drew Medak Trio will play jazz standards and maybe even a few requests.
