New – Zumba Gold class starts this Monday

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday  11:30am-12:30pm
Instructor: Katherine Rintoul

Price: First class for newbies FREE !!!! The ENTIRE month is only $45. That’s right 3 days a week and still only $45/month. After the first free class drop in rates are $10/class. No Credit Cards.

Description:
Zumba Gold has the same Latin-inspired music as Zumba Fitness. Routines are lower impact and easier to follow. Improve coordination and balance. This class is for anyone wanting to learn Zumba; the not so athletic who wants to work out and learn how; and those with knee, back or ankle stiffness.

What to Bring:
Please wear shoes which promote forward motion. Please bring at least 2 water bottles.

About Me:
I started out taking classes to force myself to move because it was hard for me to walk on level ground.

IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SWEAT! After 4 months, there was a different me. Not only was I able to move in the classes, I started losing weight! 35lbs so far! 6 months later my love and passion for ZUMBA fitness has manifested into becoming a licensed instructor!

YEAH! Every class feels like a party! The environment is exhilarating, we are all here for the same reasons: to have fun, get energized, get away from every day stresses, and reach that common goal of healthy living. Come join me and you’ll see what I mean.

I want to share this amazing feeling with you! You don’t even have to know how to dance. (Major emphasis on not needing to know how to dance) Just move your body at your personal intensity and follow my lead. It’s easy! Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you!

No Corner Bar tomorrow!
