Soup Stock Cooking Class

Weds Feb 16, 6:30-9:30pm. $30.
Warm up this February! Learn how to Build a Better Stock, with Sandy of The Dreaming Dane Catering.

We will be making three different types of soup: gazpacho, blended and broth based vegetable soup. Sandy will also demonstrate a seafood soup, making an easy shell-based broth.

We will work in groups to make these soups, then come together to taste.

Sandy will demo a fast and easy bread recipe too, so that we can have fresh bread with our soups! Recipe cards will be given out and wine will be served!

Advance registration required!
